Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays. In the event of delays, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. In rare instances, an error in product data (weight, size) can lead to an incorrect shipping price being displayed. If the actual shipping cost is lower, we will adjust it down. If the actual shipping cost is higher, we will notify you and only ship the order upon your approval. Our Delivery terminal will typically call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). All customers will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt. Your Signature is required for all deliveries as the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed receipt. Failure to follow any of these steps will cause delays and may adverseley affect our ability to process claims. We strive to provide the most complete and accurate information on all products and services. However, we are only human, and therefore at times make mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for price changes, typos or omissions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal and E-Checks when placing your order on ApplianceCenterDirect.com. All orders are secured and encrypted daily. If you pay with a Gift Certificate during checkout, you will be asked to enter the Gift Certificate Number. If your order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, another form of payment will be required for the difference.
