Appliance Center delivers everywhere within the continental United States!

DELIVERY:
ApplianceCenterDirect.com delivers everywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's. We proudly use FedEx for smaller items.

We ship via freight companies for most Heavy/Oversize items weighing over 100 lbs such as Ranges, Large Refrigerators, Air conditioners (over 12,000 BTU), Furniture, Mattresses, etc.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
This is available to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana residents. We deliver anywhere within a 50 mile radius of our retail store for free. Furniture Assembly is available for a small fee for our local deliveries and for Appliance installation, we have contractors available that we recommend . In most cases, our local delivery is available the day after your order is placed.

OVERSIZE SHIPPING:
Heavy/Oversize Shipment - Items weighing over 100 lbs. or exceeding shipping dimensions (stereo racks, stereo systems, microwave ovens, speakers, 42" and above televisions, furniture, and air conditioners) are shipped by a trucking company. Also odd size boxes could result in additional shipping fees.

We offer 2 types of Oversize Delivery:

1) Residential Delivery:Products are brought into the threshold of the delivery location, including the garage and/ or first floor.

2) Commercial Delivery / HUB Delivery: Product shipped to Business address with a loading dock or Product shipped to our Shipping Company's hub nearest you. Call us at 1-877-277-1778 for the Hub location

We also offer White Glove Delivery where product shipped to your house, unpacked and set it in place. Please call 1-877-277-1778 for pricing.

Please Note, All Oversize deliveries require a signature on the Delivery Receipt. The delivery receipt is for the purpose of recording the facts at time of delivery and certifies the freight was received in good condition unless otherwise noted. The customer ( you ) has a legal obligation to open everything that was delivered to make sure there are no damages. The driver must wait for you to open all the freight, please do not sign anything until you have made a full inspection and you are completely satisfied with the condition of your item. Although rare, damages do occur during the shipping process. please make a notation of the exact damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the delivery. The absence of an exception on the delivery receipt establishes that there was no damages and you are completely satisfied with your purchase. No further claim can be made if you accepted the freight in good condition. Please note that Appliance Center is not responsible for the furniture assembly.

If, after numerous attempts are made to contact a customer, we are unable to reach them, we reserve the right to recall all merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price, less all shipping and handling costs that are incurred by us as a result. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price may also apply. The same applies if a customer is not available to accept a delivery at a previously arranged time after an appointment had been scheduled and the delivery cannot be completed.
